Where do you ship?

We ship to all addresses within the US, UK, and Mainland EU. At this time, we are unable to fulfill orders to offshore territories, islands, or military bases (APO/FPO).

How can I track my order?

Once your order leaves our facility, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include a tracking link so you can follow your package’s journey all the way to your door.

Please Note: It can sometimes take 24-48 hours for the carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.) to scan your package and update the tracking information once they receive it.

If your link does not show movement immediately, don't worry, your order is on its way!

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • USA: 2–5 business days (Shipped from our US facility)
  • UK & EU: 4–7 business days (Shipped from our EU facility)

Note: Because we ship from local hubs, most orders will not face customs delays. However, customers are responsible for any local import taxes if they occur.

Does order size affect how long it will take to receive my order?

To ensure the highest quality, each order is custom-prepared as it is placed. Our fulfillment timelines are based on the number of items in your order:

  • 1–20 items: 2 business days to prepare.
  • 21–100 items: 7 business days to prepare.
  • Over 100 items: 12 business days to prepare.

Once your order is hand-packed and ready, it is handed to the carrier for final delivery (USA: 2–5 days | UK/EU: 4–7 days).

What can affect delivery times?

Weekends & Holidays: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or Federal holidays. Orders placed during these times will begin their "preparation window" on the following business day.

Weather & Carrier Delays: Occasionally, extreme weather or carrier volume (like during peak holiday seasons) can cause shipping delays.

Customs & Duties: For orders to the UK and EU, please be aware that you are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes that may apply upon arrival.

Product Standards

Are your formulas safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. Our formulas use high quality, gentle botanicals. All fragrances are 100% natural, derived from plant based aromatic substances, and do not contain synthetic fragrances, phthalates, or harsh preservatives.

We recommend a patch test on your inner arm 24 hours before your first full application.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?


All products are 100 percent cruelty free and never tested on animals.

All of our products are vegan with the exception of our Sama Moisturizing Shampoo, which contains ethically sourced honey.

What does "COSMOS Certified" mean?

Most of our products are COSMOS Natural or COSMOS Organic certified by ECOCERT.

This means an independent global authority has verified the organic farming, manufacturing, and packaging. These are some of the strictest standards in the world for beauty products.

All face care products carry this certification, as do selected body and hair care items.

Why does my product look or smell slightly different than my last one?

Because we use natural and organic ingredients, subtle variations in color or scent are normal. These variations reflect the natural season in which the botanical ingredients were harvested.
